Every person has value, and deserves a life full of purpose and happiness. I believe there are growth opportunities in the challenges we face, and that sometimes we become better, stronger and more understanding because of them. Life can be very difficult when you are facing a significant struggle, but you don't have to live that way forever. Change is possible.

The purpose of therapy is to improve your quality of life. To help you make the positive changes you are able to make, but may not know how.

If you want to start making these changes in therapy, or just want to find out more, please feel free to contact me by phone or e-mail. I would be more than happy to discuss your options, and assist you in deciding if psychotherapy is right for you.

Do you need help?

No matter how big or small the issue you're facing, you can make positive changes.  Do not think that you don't have "real" problems because some people have it worse. Anything that stands in the way of your happiness or dreams is significant.

Alternatively, do not believe that your problem is too huge, or has been going on too long to be changed. Change is possible, and you haven't tried everything yet. Don't give up.

Spiritual Impact

There is an important connection between spiritual beliefs and psychological well-being, as your faith and therapeutic journey can have significant impacts on each other. In my practice, I tie these together, to the extent appropriate based on your current belief system. I will not push you into anything, but will foster any connection between the two that already exists.
