Meet my intern, Jordan Hannah

If you are interested in counselling, and have limited coverage/resources to pay for services, you may want to consider booking sessions with Jordan, for a reduced fee of $50

My name is Jordan Hannah

I am currently a student enrolled in the Masters of Arts and Counselling Psychology program through Yorkville University. I have completed many courses over the past two years and am in the final stage of practice before obtaining my Master’s degree. I have studied various areas such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Humanisitic Approaches, Psychodynamic Approaches, Counselling Skills and Competencies, Marriage and Family Systems, Group Counselling, Cultural Diversity, and Ethical Standards.

I graduated from UNB Fredericton in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and have been working as a Probation Officer for a little over a year. My interest in pursuing a career in Counselling stemmed from my studies in Psychology as well as previous volunteer work in Crisis Intervention with the Fredericton Sexual Assault Center. I have always felt a strong passion to work with others. My ultimate goal throughout my practicum is to gain knowledge, experience, to better my practice, and have a positive impact on my clients.
